We commissioned YJLC to provide training to our team on Out of Court Disposals and the updated Child Gravity Matrix and the changes to Bail and Remand.
This training has been invaluable to our staff and our service. It has kept us up to date with policy and legislative changes and allowed us to truly advocate to get the best outcomes for our children and young people in both the Court and Out of Court arena.
Our trainer Ruth was great, clearly very knowledgeable in the subject areas, but also able to draw on her own experience as a defence solicitor which really brought the training to life.
