How Advice Line access works with YJLC Membership
- Each member organisation is allocated a set amount of Advice Line time per calendar year, based on their membership level.
- Every advice line enquiry is tracked, and the time spent responding is recorded.
- When your organisation is close to using up its time allowance, you will receive a warning notification. At that point, you will have the option to purchase an additional time bundle.
- Extra Advice Line time bundles can be bought for £200 for 2 hours.
