Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO)

Legal terms A-Z

After a conviction the prosecution can apply for a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO). If granted the court can impose conditions to make a person do certain things, such as attend courses or stop them doing things, such as going to certain places.1

Criminal Behaviour Orders replaced ASBOs on 20 October 2014.
