Kusai Rahal is a strategic consultant, youth advocate, community organiser and researcher. He grew up on Grahame Park Estate and served that community through The 4Front Project. At The 4Front Project, he built a community peacebuilding system that created therapeutic and healing centred spaces, provided long term youth support & development, and responded to harm in crisis with practical support across hospitals, police stations, courts and prisons. His work combines strategy, programme design and political education that helps people navigate systems and drives structural change and accountability.
